Pere Rosales is an international innovation leadership consultant and organizational coach with over 20 years of success in the pharmaceutical, banking, insurance, retail, fashion, and manufacturing sectors. In 2010 he wrote “Estrategia “Digital” published in Spanish by Deusto (Planeta). In 2020 he wrote “The Inusual Leader”, published in English and also in Spanish.
He is Founder and CEO of INUSUAL, a professional and organizational development company specializing in the human side of innovation. This firm, with its presence in Boston and Barcelona, trains and coaches leaders and organizations to be more innovative and reach their full potential.
Rosales has a degree in Applied Arts and Design. He has also studied at Harvard, MIT and IESE; has a Master’s degree in Communication Management from the University of Barcelona; a Master’s degree in CRM from ESIC; Executive Coach from ICF, Certified Coach from The Leadership Circle®, The Leadership System®, Certified Trainer in Simplexity Thinking®, Accredited Trainer of Belbin Team Roles®, Certified Consultant in NPS® and Salesforce®.
He usually collaborates as a teacher, speaker, mentor and coach with all kinds of entities and is part of the Advisory Board of several companies.
